Northern Standard is a high end cannabis extracts company proudly based in the beautiful historic Town of Alma, Park County, Colorado, grandly nestled between the Pike, San Isabelle and White River national forests. Northern Standard draws inspiration from the dense national forests that surround us, containing two-thousand year old Bristlecone pines, geothermal hot springs, some of our nation’s tallest mountains, and many historical mining and mill sites that are gracefully fading back into their environment.
Longboard and Snowboard Designs
Designed and sourced longboard and snowboard for Northern Standard. I created this elk bust to keep in line with the nature theme of Northern Standard and also incorporated a topographical style to the different layers in the design. The antlers and the bud at the top are representative of Northern Standard's icon, that is a hex with a bud in the middle. Meier Ski and Snowboards based out of Denver, CO handcrafted the boards.
Shirt Design
Went old school with this AA tri-blend. This trip-blend gave way to a unique printing aspect that helped me achieve the 'faded' look exactly like was requested. Some received a Premium ink with a discharged underboss, while some merely water-based. Custom hem-tags were designed and created to be implemented into the t-shirt design. Interior tags were also designed to give an added stamp to the Northern Standard Brand. True quality custom pieces of apparel. More designs to come.
Vaporizer Battery Packaging
Designed and sourced packaging for three of Northern Standard's vaporizer batteries. To maintain a high quality natural feel, I chose to go with a kraft recycled paper rigid box with folding top flap and magnetic closure. The top holds an image and custom logo for that specific type of battery. A description of the specific battery is found on the back. Directions and maintains instructions are found on the inside of the flap. The box then houses a quote on the bottom of the inside of the box that is hidden with the hemp straw packaging, maintaining a nature feel to the product. When not being used to house the battery the box may serve as a small storage box and the packaging make for great camping tinder.
Disposable Vape Pen Packaging
Designed three packages for Northern Standards Premium Single-Use Vapor Pens. These pens contain .25 mg of THC, are all metal, and contain a ceramic atomizer.
Vaporizer Battery Stand
The vaporizer pen is best stored upright, so a holder was designed to allow for this. I choose to go with river rocks to maintain a natural feel. Each one is unique in its shape, size, and color.
